Libby Lehman Shear Delights

Libby is the author of “Threadplay with Libby Lehman” and her quilt “Joy Ride” was chosen as one of the Best 100 American Quilts of the 20th Century. She is one of the leaders in innovative machine stitching and her studio art quilts have won many awards and appear in private, corporate, and museum collections. This internationally recognized quilter spends her time teaching, judging & lecturing in the US as well as internationally.

Libby taught the class four different stitching techniques; sheer applique, couching, bobbin drawing and free-motion quilting. The couching technique as well as bobbin drawing was awesome ! Libby also shared many tips and tricks to make our sewing experience much easier.

A wonderful lunch served by Carol was enjoyed by all who attended.
